THAY has offered yoga classes to New Alternatives over the past year and a half, and we have been committed to provided stress relieving techniques even during the difficult months of the COVID pandemic.
We are happy to announce our next Trauma and Service Yoga Training of 2021 will take place on July 17th and 18th! We are now accepting applications from 200 hour certified (or more) yoga instructors in the Washington D.C. and surrounding areas. The training will take place virtually over Zoom.

Three and a Half Acres Yoga is pleased to announce the scholarship recipients for the April 2021 Trauma and Service Yoga Teacher Training! With funding provided by lululemon and the ‘Here to Be’ social impact team, these yoga instructors will be able to participate in our training without any financial obligations.
