Happy July! Three and a Half Acres is kicking off this new month with FOUR new programs in the big apple. With Covid restrictions lifting and people getting back together we are feeling such great energy! Some of our partnerships are connecting back in person again! At The Bridge with THAY teacher Nikki, students left feeling both ‘relaxed’ and ‘invigorated’ after their class.  Check out all the new yoga partnerships below!

RDJ Refugee Shelter
The RDJ Refugee Shelter is the only shelter in NYC specifically for asylum seekers and refugees experiencing homelessness. They provide holistic care, support, advocacy, and resources needed to thrive in their new home.

Harlem Grown
Harlem Grown is a non-profit organization whose mission is to inspire youth to lead healthy and ambitious lives through mentorship and hands-on education in urban farming, sustainability, and nutrition. They operate local urban farms, increase access to and knowledge of healthy food for Harlem residents, and provide garden-based development programs to Harlem youth.

Youth Justice Network
Youth Justice Network helps to break cycles of incarceration and build an equitable justice system by providing young people with individualized advocacy, mentorship, and opportunities to grow, thrive and lead.

Harlem Pride
Harlem Pride empowers Harlem’s SGL/LGBTQ community (which includes family, friends, and allies) to improve its physical, mental and economic health and wellness.
