As THAY’s mission is to broaden the accessibility of yoga to all individuals seeking its benefits, we believe in equipping teachers with the tools and techniques to provide trauma-sensitive classes. 

How do we accomplish that?
By providing a 20-hour training online over the course of one weekend. Our next training is March 4th and 5th with highly-respected trainers in their fields. Besides our esteemed founder Lara Land, we also have a few other folks joining to provide their expertise and insights on how yoga teachers can provide the best experience for all students in the room.
