FREE Yoga for NYPD Officers!
Calling all NYPD officers for free yoga in a welcoming environment for ALL – regardless of ability or experience.
Classes are held at 4pm on Tuesdays at Land Yoga, located at 2116 Frederick Douglass Boulevard (between 114th and 115th).
These classes are designed for NYPD officers only and the experience will be tailored to the needs of the officers in attendance. All you have to bring is comfortable clothing – we’ll take care of everything else!
