Three and a Half Acres Yoga loves working with the senior citizens at the Food Bank of Manhattan! This program helps participants maintain movement, energy, and confidence, even in the face of frailty and fatigue. Our students bring great energy and enthusiasm to each class, proving the benefits of yoga and mindfulness at any age and any level.
